Rob Klose and I have worked at various firms together, and many projects. To say he's a good developer would be an understatement. He has a great eye for detail and not much gets passed him. I worked with Arnold Almeida for just over a year while he was still at uni and he is a very passionate and driven individual - when it comes to web projects. Constantly pushing his knowledge of CakePHP around like it's going out of fashion, he is an exemplary reason as to why you would want him on your CakePHP projects.
